*Name one thing you wish your cell phone did for you that it currently does not. 5/400*
I am currently rocking the popular ZTE Grand X 3, you know … the one that everyone has, and if they don’t have it, they’re jealous of those who do.
It features a 5.5″ HD infinity (War; it’s not named after the Marvel movie, but wouldn’t that be cool) edge display, 8 MP rear-facing camera which is always out of focus, and a 1.3 GHz Quad-Core Processor which is so fast that it almost beat a snail looking up directions to get back home.
Now don’t get me wrong. I love my phone. It’s cheap, it keeps the bills low, and occasionally calls my family. Just like me!
Here is the phones amazingly hilarious description straight from ZTEusa.com, “The ZTE Grand™ X 3 is like having an HD TV in your hand with a 5.5” HD infinity edge display that maximizes viewing for watching movies, playing games, checking emails and more! While your eyes are feasting on the HD screen images, your ears will fall in love with the Dolby Audio™ premium sound system. Great for getting the most out of your streaming music from DEEZER. Getting all this media won’t slow you down because the ZTE Grand™ X 3 comes with the powerful 1.3 GHz Quad-Core Processor and 4G LTE speeds. Don’t hesitate to put yourself in the director’s chair with the 8 MP rear camera and the 2 MP front facing camera. You can capture all of your adventures in HD photos and videos.”
First of all, “your eyes are feasting on the HD screen images,” wait … what? Second, “your ears will fall in love with the Dolby Audio™ premium sound system.”
What is up with this wording? Apparently, my eyes eat, and my ears have a heart now. Wow!
Then it says, “Great for getting the most out of your streaming music from DEEZER,” like does anyone really use DEEZER? Please, if you do, leave a comment. We need to talk.
Lastly, this part is just laughable, “Don’t hesitate to put yourself in the director’s chair with the 8 MP rear camera and the 2 MP front facing camera. You can capture all of your adventures in HD photos and videos.” Granted the camera is better than the ZTE Grand X 2 (which you also never heard of) but this description does not accurately depict how the camera works. I mean, does the manufacture try the phones out before delivery?
In the end, the ZTE Grand X 3 is a great low budget smartphone that doesn’t cost $1,000. It does the job, and there is simply not just one thing I wish this phone did that it doesn’t, but I am satisfied that it costs next to nothing and still works.
So, get yourself a ZTE Grand X 3 and experience what slow really means today!
