What Maisie Knew (2013): A Short Movie Review

What Maisie Knew is a unique movie, through the eyes of a 6-year-old girl going through her parents’ divorce, where expectations always change, and masterful performances keep you glued.

It’s a subtle move that keeps the story focused – never wanting to take your eyes off Maisie. Children of divorce can relate to this film the most … likely until the third act. All you want to see is Maisie happy.

Rating: 4.5 out of 5.
