Timeline

Role

Brand Naming, Logo & Identity, Marketing, Web, Content & Photography

Scittery Woods Townhomes is a 48-unit residential community in Falmouth, Maine, developed by Scittery Woods Partners, LLC. My LeporeMedia work included establishing the project’s name, developing its logo and brand identity, and creating the website, content, photography and marketing presence that would explain the community to prospective buyers and grow alongside the development.

The Challenge

Scittery Woods had a lot of information to communicate. Prospective buyers needed to understand the homes, pricing, income qualifications, deed restrictions, financing opportunities, and the overall homeownership model.

At the same time, construction was underway and the project was generating new announcements, media coverage, construction updates, and buyer resources.

The goal was to establish a clear and recognizable identity, and then bring complex information together in a website and marketing materials that were approachable and easy to navigate.

What I Did

This was a full commercial branding and marketing assignment—not simply a website build. Working with the partners through repeated planning meetings, I helped develop the Scittery Woods name, created the logo and brand identity, shaped the public-facing marketing direction, gathered and wrote explanatory content, and coordinated the website, materials and property imagery as one project.

I designed and developed the website around the questions a prospective buyer is most likely to have. The site provides dedicated information about the project and qualification process, while the News section gives the development a place to publish ongoing construction updates, announcements, and press coverage.

I also built buyer interest and income verification forms into the site, creating a direct path from learning about the community to contacting the development team.

Beyond the website, my work has included:

  • Project naming, logo development and visual brand identity
  • Marketing strategy, planning meetings and creative coordination
  • Website design, development, and ongoing administration
  • SEO, performance, and technical optimization
  • Copywriting, research and organization of community information
  • Content creation and ongoing updates
  • Buyer interest and income verification forms
  • Construction and project photography
  • Groundbreaking event media coverage
  • Flyers and promotional materials
  • Construction signage and QR code development
  • Coordination with outside media and project partners

The brand, website, photography and marketing have continued to evolve as the community has moved from early development into construction and active buyer outreach.

Results

The website has become an active source of information for prospective buyers and the community.
